After the reception at the hotel, we headed to the city of Indio to attend a journalists gathering at mexican restaurant Macario's... Most of the reporters covering Demo were there: from Dan Farber (ZDNet) to Walt Mossberg (WSJ), Michael Copeland (Business 2.0), Mike Arrington (TechCrunch)... Thanks to Cathy (GuideWire) and new-yorker Brooke (BrewPR) to organise this get together. After a quick drive back (not thanks to Dean's Mio GPS gadget!)... time to stop by the hotel's bar for a "quick" drink... the bar closes at 12:30am... we're so far from civilisation!!!!!
