[PMA Sneak Peak] Xerox digital machines print, bind and more

Story posted on: March 07, 2007

Brian Segnit, manager of photo and book printing at Xerox Production Systems Group, was showing some outputs of the company's digital printers, like the Phaser 7760 or the DocuColor 240/250 that enable retailers to make photo specialty products on-site, like photo books, photo calendars, greeting cards. etc. Last month, Fujifilm announced an agreement with Xerox to resell the DocuColor 240/250 to its kiosks and minilabs customers.
With these printers photo retailers will be able to create on-site perfectly bound books, magnets, cards, etc. Now you can load into these digital machines a variety of substrates and print on linen paper, linen stock, magnets, cards and so on
