Netgear shows Digital Living Room at Lunch 2.0 BBQ! (video)

Story posted on: May 30, 2007

Today was my first lunch i.e. as in lunch 2.0. I guess I was a virgin so far, just having regular "power lunches"... now I've seen the light! On the menu (it's important for a Frenchman!) for the 100 or so free meal fans including Techmeme's founder Abe and Uber-socialite Jeremy Pepper from rich PR-firm Weber Shandwick: meat (sorry could not figure out what it was!), chicken, beans, sort of bread and some iceberg salad but no desserts or coffee... pretty basic but as the organiser, a charming Indian lady, confessed later "that's all I could do with my budget"... Perhaps, if Netgear didn't give away that $2,000 networking system to a production guy who didn't know what to do with it (check out the video, next), we all could have some nice profiterolles to munch on with our lattes ;-)
