Laurence Pulgram predicted that both sides will settle with money potentially exchanging hands through a "licensing deal". This confirms my perceptions on how Hollywood is doing business: try/use, sue, settle and cash-in! Another thing I learned was that

"these Fair Use cases always settle before they get in front the judges, since the Sony Betamax case".
