Lovely, the Eastwick PR agency holiday party tonight. Good Chinese food, decent drinks (no French wines, that's why just decent!) but gorgeous company. It was held this year at the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara. I didn't even know that Santa Clara had a museum! There, work from artist Bob Nugent was on display and I got his newly published art book autographed on the way out... sweet. I also had a chance to chat with the latest "witch", president Lisa Hempel, previously with SparkPR. Lisa is actually taking over the agency, while both founders, Barbara Bates and Elaine Cummings are taking a back seat... so to speak! One other cool thing for the "San Franciscans" [I actually leave near by, but I wished they'll do it next year for the "locals"], Eastwick provided transportation for the long drive to and from the party. For me, that was the cherry on the cake, as we say on the old continent... no icing :-)
