I could not have said it better... and remember you've heard it here first! Silver Lake Partners co-founder Dave Roux was actually on a roll tonight at the Churchill Club event on Mergers & Acquisitions, sharing a panel with Diane Greene of VMware, Ned Hopper of Cisco and Nick Osborne from Morgan Stanley. "There's a human dynamic to the M&A thing which is... it's like SEX!", said Roux to an overcrowded room at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Palo Alto.
