[Churchill Club] Want to be an Enterprise 2.0? Open Up to Employees, Customers and Competitors, Forrester Chief Analyst says
Story posted on: June 19, 2008
Inspite being the moderator of the Churchill Club's Enterprise 2.0 debate, Forrester Research analyst Charlene Li could not help but giving this final advice on how to embrace social networking in order to be a successful enterprise in this Web 2.0 world:
"The winners will be the ones who empower their employees... Make it a strategic advantage... Because that's something that nobody else can copy. And so people worry about opening this up to other people, my competitors can see this... But if you can see this faster and better and with greater confidence, with more employees behind it, without politics and your customers can buy into from the beginning, you will win and the people who will loose will be the ones who don't embrace it". Charlene Li, Vice-president and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research.
